It all looks so big compared to where you are now. It really fell into place quickly, didn't it?
And I am keeping an open mind about what is happening. I will be talking to other nurses next week at the conference and trying to get a feel for what the going rate is for someone with my experience. And then maybe I'll see what I can do with that. Just when I think I am getting where I need to be, they hire someone else and blow my compensation package out of the water. But I am like you - Hope springs eternal and I am always looking for the positive in any bad thing.
