Twee - continued

Here is how I answer the phone - in case you haven't heard it in awhile...



I did not know that this is how I looked however.

Makes me laugh. Very twee I think.

I hear you trying to put the listener at ease with a kind competent voice.
I think that is the one I use when I answer the phone at work.
